Right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract exists for a period of fourteen days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must be registered via the return portal, and the instructions must be followed. Only returns registered through the return portal will be accepted.

The return of the goods is at the sender's own cost and risk. The goods must be returned promptly and within fourteen days of delivery. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiration of the fourteen days.

The goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, and complete with accessories and all accompanying documents. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Consequences of withdrawal

All payments, including delivery costs, will be refunded (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly and within fourteen days of receiving the return. The payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

The refund may be refused until the goods are received or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Underwear is excluded from exchange.
